Web development has created new opportunities for technology professionals based outside Brazil’s largest urban and technology centers. In Patos de Minas, Minas Gerais, programmer Davi Ferreira e Peixoto has developed a professional career focused on websites, web systems and digital solutions for clients and organizations in Brazil and abroad.Born in Patos de Minas on May 21, 2004, Peixoto began experimenting with website creation during childhood. Around 2012, he used free tools available on the internet to create pages for fictional companies. What initially consisted of personal experimentation later became connected to his academic training and professional activity in information technology.

Early contact with technology

Peixoto’s first experiences with website creation occurred before his entry into higher education. The early projects were developed independently and provided an introduction to concepts that would later become part of his professional work.

As his interest in technology developed, he pursued formal training in Information Technology and subsequently entered the bachelor’s degree program in Information Systems at the Centro Universitário de Patos de Minas, commonly known as UNIPAM.

Academic training in Information Systems

Peixoto completed his bachelor’s degree in Information Systems in 2025. The program provided formal training related to software development, information systems and other areas of computing.

During his university studies, he also participated in activities related to programming. In June 2023, while enrolled in the third semester of the Information Systems program, he joined a UNIPAM group preparing students for the first stage of the senior programming category of the Brazilian Informatics Olympiad.

The Brazilian Informatics Olympiad is organized by the Institute of Computing of the University of Campinas and brings together students in activities involving computing, algorithms and programming.

Professional work in web development

After gaining experience through personal and academic projects, Peixoto began developing websites and web based systems for professional clients. His work includes institutional websites, online stores, blogs, portals and customized web applications.

Projects associated with his work include websites for the Primeiro Ato theatre group in Patos de Minas, as well as projects for professionals and organizations such as civil engineer Luciene Projetos, therapist Renata Ribeiro and Instituto de Pesquisa INPAC.

Websites, systems and digital services

His professional activities extend beyond the visual development of websites. They include search engine optimization, website performance, digital advertising integrations, social media connections and administrative systems.

The combination of website development and customized web systems allows projects to be adapted to different types of organizations, from institutional websites to online platforms requiring administrative functions and scheduling or reservation features.

International project in the United States

In 2025, Peixoto developed a website for Rah Jiu-Jitsu, a martial arts academy in the United States. The project became his first reported professional project for an organization outside Brazil.

The work was carried out while Peixoto remained professionally based in Brazil. The project illustrates how web development allows programmers and digital professionals to provide services remotely to organizations located in other countries.

His subsequent professional activity continued to include projects in Brazil and the United States, expanding the geographic reach of work carried out from Patos de Minas.

Technology and performing arts

Alongside his work in technology, Peixoto is associated with the Primeiro Ato theatre group in Patos de Minas as a stage artist.

The activity places his professional and artistic interests in parallel. His principal occupation remains connected to programming and web development, while his involvement with theatre represents another area of activity outside the technology sector.

Coverage of his professional activity

Peixoto’s professional trajectory was covered by Brazilian publications during 2026. Reports examined his progression from early experiments with fictional websites to professional projects for clients in Brazil and the United States.

In June 2026, Portal Em Tempo published a report about his development as a web professional, including his early experiences with website creation and subsequent work for organizations in different locations.

CenárioMT also published reports concerning Peixoto’s professional trajectory, including his transition from early experiments in web development to projects involving clients outside Brazil.

In August 2026, Revista K’Dea 360 interviewed Peixoto for an article examining the factors that influence the cost of a professional website. His participation placed his experience within a broader discussion of website development and pricing in the digital services market.

From experimentation to professional development

Peixoto’s career began with informal experimentation with website creation and progressed through technical education, university training and professional development. The sequence brought together practical experience acquired through independent projects and formal education in Information Systems.

His professional base has remained in Patos de Minas while the scope of his projects has extended to other Brazilian locations and, subsequently, to the United States. This geographic expansion has taken place through web development and remote digital services rather than through a change in his professional base.

The trajectory also reflects the broader accessibility of web development as a professional field. Digital projects can be developed and delivered remotely, allowing programmers based in cities outside Brazil’s principal technology centers to work with organizations in different regions and markets.
